Beschreibung

Eröffnet einen AD-Benutzeraccount, mit angegebenem Benutzernamen und Passwort.
Creates a new Active Directory user account and returns its distinguished name.

Argumente

UserName	string	display name of the user
AccountName	string	SAM account name (login name) for the new user
Password	string sealed	initial password for the account

Rückgabewert string

GUID des erstellten Objektes
